Oddara is an analytics platform for probability and risk analysis. It is not a betting service, bookmaker, or gambling operator. Oddara provides tools for analyzing odds, expected value, and stake sizing. Users are solely responsible for any betting decisions and actions they take.
3. Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Oddara provides analytics only. We do not guarantee profits, favorable outcomes, or any financial results. Our analytics are not financial advice. Past performance does not indicate future results. Use the service at your own risk.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the platform. You may not resell or redistribute Oddara data. You may not use automated systems to abuse the service, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with other users.
6. Intellectual Property
Oddara owns the platform, software, and associated intellectual property. Users retain ownership of their own data. By using the service, you grant Oddara a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Oddara is not liable for any betting losses, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
